2. Use of this website
This website is provided to describe our services and to let businesses request vehicle valuations and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
3. Valuations and offers
Any valuation or indication of price provided through this website, by email or by phone is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. All offers to purchase vehicles are subject to inspection of the vehicle and verification of its documentation, mileage and condition. A binding agreement arises only when we and the seller expressly agree final terms in writing.
4. Vehicle purchases
Sellers must be entitled to sell the vehicles offered to us, and vehicles must be free of undisclosed finance, charges or third-party interests unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment is made by bank transfer in accordance with the terms agreed for each transaction.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, branding and imagery, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for normal browsing and sharing of links.
6. Liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee that the site is error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
