2. What we collect
When you use our contact or valuation forms we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number and information about your vehicles or enquiry. For business-to-business outreach we also hold publicly available business contact details — such as a company's name, trading address, website, and the business contact details of relevant staff — gathered from public sources like company websites and directories.
3. How and why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide valuations, arrange vehicle purchases and collections, and to contact businesses that may wish to sell fleet vehicles. Our lawful basis for business-to-business marketing is legitimate interest: we contact businesses about a service directly relevant to operating a vehicle fleet, and every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Opting out
You can opt out of our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us directly. Opt-outs are recorded on a permanent suppression list so we do not contact you again.
5. Sharing and storage
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in the UK. We share it only with service providers who help us run our systems (such as our hosting provider), under appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires disclosure.
6. Retention
Enquiry and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Business contact records used for outreach are kept while they remain relevant; suppression-list entries are kept permanently so that opt-outs are honoured.
7. Your rights
